Hydro-Mechanical Specialist - Zambia

My client is urgent seeking a Hydro-mechanical specialist with at least 10 years experience in design and/or construction of large gates to work on a large rehabilitation project in Africa. The main tasks include:

1. Liaise and support the Chief Resident Engineer in all hydro-mechanical activities;
2. Liaise/coordinate with other engineers on site;
3. Ensure compliance with Technical Specifications and Drawings;
4. Review Contractor/Supplier documents and issue instructions regarding all hydro-mechanical equipment;
5. Coordinate the hydro-mechanical activities and works with the Contractor/Supplier;
6. Review variations or changes regarding the hydro-mechanical equipment;

• Client Type: Consulting Engineer
• Salary Package: 10,000 - 12,000 USD per month (Net)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Duration: 12 Months Rolling
• Location: Zambia
