Project Manager (Hydropower Dam Construction)

My Client is urgently seeking a Project Manager for a small Hydropower project in Uganda (20mw). This person will have a strong background in site supervision on hydro projects (Civil) and experience working within Africa.

This is a great opportunity to work for a leading developer in the power and renewables industry. You will also be involved in they're other hydropower projects across Africa.

Requirements:

• ? At least 8-10 years construction management or relevant site supervision experience with civil and/or mechanical interface

• Fluent in French and/or Italian (Additional language skills would be an advantage -African languages)

• ? Minimum 5 years'experience in the power sector, either in hydropower or water/sewage treatment plants, or other large infrastructure projects in which mechanical electrical and civil interfaces are prevalent;

• University Degree (Civil or Mechanical Engineering)

Location: Uganda

Salary: $8,000 - $10,000 net per month

Start Date: ASAP
