Job Summary
With activity increasing again in the Region and support from the Houston office we are now looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our team. This opportunity would ideally suit an experienced recruiter who is used to successfully managing client accounts. Initially working from home the successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Develop and manage relationships with candidates
- Source potential candidates via in house database and online resources and screen for suitability
- Developing, utilizing and maintaining multiple recruitment methodologies.
- Network to generate market intel and leads to build out client portfolio
- Telephone Calls, Meetings, Presentations and Proposals to win new business
- Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business
- Supporting business growth through a range of marketing/business development activities
- Supporting Business Growth though active pursuit of sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from Client companies.
- Act as key focal point for nominated accounts, providing Client with personal service and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- The successful candidate will have previous, proven experience within talent management and recruitment, and have excellent resourcing / delivery capability with willingness to develop and manage their own/designated clients.
- Goal/Quota orientated
- A strong customer focus with a flexible can do attitude, aimed at delivering business and service objectives.
- Sound numerical competence, Good analytical skills, Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure sales environment
- Strong negotiation / influencing skill.
- Experience communicating effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.
