One of the country’s leading Main Contractors are currently looking for a Project Manager for a new build residential project based in the Walthamstow area. This site has good transport links so people from further afield can also be considered.

This role would suit an experienced Senior/Project Manager who has proven success of taking a residential project from cradle to grave. You will have a full site based team including commercial and technical.

The project is a mixture of R/C Frame flats and timber build houses.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

Experience working as a No.1 on a residential scheme from start to finish.
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
Experience working for a Main Contractor, ideally a leading company.

It is desirable to have;

HNC/Degree related to construction
