Fantastic opportunity to join one of the world’s leading Oil, Gas and Energy companies that have been operating in New Zealand for around 120 years. They are currently seeking an experienced Aviation Operations Administrator to join their Wellington Airport based team.
This role is ideally suited to a detail orientated individual who is able to not only fulfil administrative duties but also take on Data Analysis and Information Management. Reporting directly into the Project Controls Advisor you will be a crucial piece in coordinating, recording and improving control systems.

This role is ideally suited to a detail orientated individual who is able to not only fulfil administrative duties but also take on Data Analysis and Information Management. About the role:
- Ensure all sales, Product Inventory and variations are reconciled daily and monthly
- Raising requisitions / reconciling purchase orders
- Resolution of vendor queries and control of accounts payable
- Preparing/coordinating the development of controls documentation
- Support ongoing controls activities such as Audits
- Be the site IT contact for resolving IT issues
- Assist the Business Manager with key activities around budgeting and planning
- Support to depots including organising training; supplies; documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business or Economics
- Solid accounting skills
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- 5-10 years’ experience in information or record management
- Proficient in MS office (word, excel, power point, one note)
- Excited to be part of a small, multi-cultural team
- Ability to work autonomously
