Senior Contracts Engineer / Italy

On behalf of my Client, an Oil&Gas world leader, I am looking for a Senior Contracts Engineer to join them on a 12 months Contract (renewable). The perfect candidate for this role must have a B.Sc. in Engineering discipline or equivalent and fluent English. You should also have no less than 15 years' experience in EPC contract development and administration in the Oil/Gas/Petrochemicals industry, and have worked on high value projects (above US$ 500 Million). We would prefer the experience to be weighted towards the development of EPC contracts during FEED phase. Additionally you should have demonstrated knowledge of commercial practices, legal principles, and negotiation skills; experience in review, analysis, defense, resolution of Contractors claims; and familiarity with Arbitration procedures and administration. The role is based in Milan so only addressed to candidate with the right to live & work in the EU, and ideally already living in the Milan area or North West of Italy.
