Administrative Assistant / Canada

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 6 month contract position based in Medicine Hat.

 

Front reception – answer door, greeting people and directing them appropriately.

Process mail and courier.

Scanning charts.

Printing chart stickers.

Maintenance invoice tracking.

Accounts Payable processing.

Office supply orders.

Processing utility invoices.

General office admin.

 

The office hours will be 8:00 – 4:30 Monday – Thursday for July and August, then, 8:00 – 4:30 Monday – Friday.  This job will be for a minimum of 6 months with a strong possibility of extension for the right person
