Architect/Draughtsperson / England

A well-established small sized UK Architecture & Interior Design Contractor based in Clapham are currently looking for an Architect / Draftsperson to join their team.
 
The types of projects my clients work on are predominantly in the Residential, Retail and Commercial sector. The individual they are looking for will be working at their head office.  
 
My Client are a very well established company within the construction industry, with a very good reputation. 
 
Some of the day to day responsibilities will be: To prepare detailed drawings for commercial, retail and residential clients, create architectural drawings from building specifications, sketches and calculations, visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions, analyse building specifications, space and codes to create architectural design.
 
My client are ideally looking for an individual with good AutoCAD skills, experience in management of project information flows, and a background working on High-End Residential schemes. 
 
Due to my client being a small sized Main Contractor this means that they are also a tightknit company. This role has become vacant due to a long term member of staff retiring.
