Controls Coordinator / Administrator

Fantastic opportunity to join one of the world’s leading Oil, Gas and Energy companies that have been operating in New Zealand for around 120 years. They are currently seeking an experienced Controls Coordinator / Administrator to join their Wellington Airport based team. 

This role is ideally suited to a detail orientated individual who is able to not only fulfil administrative duties but also take on Data Analysis and Information Management. Reporting directly into the Project Controls Advisor you will be a crucial piece in coordinating, recording and improving control systems.

About the role:
  • Less analytical, more coordination and data management
  • Preparing/coordinating the development of controls documentation
  • Support ongoing controls activities such as Audits
  • Monitors Quality performance and adherence to contract Terms & Conditions
  • Assist the Business Manager with key activities around budgeting and planning
To be successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business or Economics
  • Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
  • 5-10 years’ experience in information or record management
  • Proficient in MS office (word, excel, power point, one note)
  • Excited to be part of a small, multi-cultural team
