Site Manager / New Zealand

This award winning, commercial construction contractor is currently seeking an experience construction professional to join their New Plymouth business after successfully winning several commercial and light commercial projects throughout the region.
The success of this company has been built upon their strong company culture and relationship-centric approach to business resulting in a well-established operation in Taranaki. They have a dynamic, outgoing company culture where each team member is valued and supported within each ongoing project.
The ideal candidate will have a carpentry qualification and proven experience delivering light-commercial projects as a working foreman or Site Manager, understanding construction and build- ability.
Other traits and attributes we’re seeking are:

• Experience delivering multi-unit residential and light commercial projects will be advantageous
• An understanding with IT systems and procedures is preferred due to planning programs utilized
• The ability to build long- lasting relationships with sub-contractors, management and other stakeholders
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
