Our Client, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work a 6 week contract near Bonnyville Alberta
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Maintain housekeeping at office
- Manage your day-to-day activities and decisions in a cost effective manner
- Communicate urgent information to Supervisor (safety, reliability, external stakeholder, measurement, etc.) promptly
- Maintain (or serve as backup) administrative functionality of office (document management, office and Kitchen supplies, photocopier, office support services)
- Reception duties (phone, mail...)
- Event and travel planning
- Meeting minutes
- TECS administration
- Cost tracking
- PO entry, administration (invoice coding and processing for Accounting)
- VIMS preliminary entry
- P-Cards / V-Cards
- W.O. – enter, distribute, scan related documents
- Maintain emergency manuals and MSDS manuals
- Do contractor orientations
- Assist with AFE cost tracking
- Assist field staff with training of Maximo 7.1
- Checking of ISA listing for upcoming expirations and follow-up to get re-instated if required
- Maintain Vegetation control records
- Maintain land owner complaints record
