Description
• Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the organization;
• Conducts risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimate the risks affecting the organization;
• Managing the risks associated to the organization, employees, customers, reputation, assets and interests of stakeholders;
• Prepares risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization such as costs, schedule, environment, reputation and human factors and evaluating the organization’s ‘risk appetite’, i.e. the level of risk they are prepared to accept;
• Prepares risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences, for example, to the Board of Directors, so they understand the most significant risks, to business heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual risks;
• Provides support, education and training to staff and projects, to build risk awareness within the organization.
• Ensure alignment with project(s)
• Maintain the Company key processes
• Ensure regular reporting needs are met on HSSE, internally as well as to external stakeholders
• Audit & verification related to Risk Management & reporting
Requirements
Education:
• Master's degree in Risk & Safety Management or within Engineering Science.
• 10 years of relevant experience within HSE and Risk Management.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Leadership, ability to work independently and to take decisions
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand broad business issues
• Possess knowledge of organization’s culture and structure
• In- depth understanding of risk analysis methods and tools
• Ability establish rules on risk management, recognise best practice but also what is achievable
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Analytical skills and a good eye for detail
• Planning and organizational skills
• Negotiation skills and ability
• Ability to run workshops and meetings
