E3D Coordinator / Qatar

Ensure safety and timely completion of projects. Ensure company rules, standards and processes are followed in the execution of DBN PWM project.

Ensure that the assigned projects tasks are well managed as per the statement of requirement, company specifications and contractual requirements.

Ensure that all the interfaces with the CONTRACTOR's design team are correctly managed.

Liaise and ensure the interfaces with E&C modelling team.

Ensure that the projects are executed in accordance with the organization's safety regulations, with quality conformance and within schedule and budget.

Responsible for engineering consistency between Project packages.

Ensure efficient communication with all other company engineering and functional DBN PWM team members.

The E3D Coordinator is in charge of all technical design aspects related to 3D model development and structural / piping / vessel / valves / Electrical & Instrumentation engineering aspects of DBN PWM project.

Supervise Contracted safety engineering studies, review and approve scopes and deliverables.

Carry out studies from FEED to Detailed & Installation Engineering activities and supervising CONTRACTORS teams. Ensure high technical quality and value delivery across in accordance to 3D modelling standards.

The Job holder belongs to the DBN PWM team and reports to the Brownfield Project Lead.

Operations in a major and large offshore oil field with many interfaces with other operators of the North Field.

Doha (Qatar) office with possible mission to project premises (onshore/offshore/in the country/outside the country). Standard office hours, 5 days a week.

Qualification: Master degree in mechanical engineering. Graduate engineer with a good level of technical understanding of all relevant technical disciplines, with at least 10 years' experience of PVV engineering on onshore/offshore oil & gas project. Offshore experience is preferred. Good knowledge of industry codes, standards and legislations on HSE aspect. Familiar with 3D model software's, like E3D (AVEVA), PDMS, SM3D, Navisworks, etc. Familiar with 3D scan activities.

Strong knowledge of SIMOPS and brownfield projects. Familiar with company general specifications is a plus. Good sense of team spirit, leadership, strong interpersonal & soft communication skills. Fluent in English both verbal and written
