Due to continued growth and increasing workload, my client is now looking to add to their friendly team with a full time position for an experienced Maintenance Electrician.

The role of Maintenance Electrician will involve working on preventative maintenance schedules, response to equipment breakdown, PAT testing, installation of electrical circuits through to distribution boards. Working with PLC's and programmable automated equipment.

The successful candidate will be apprentice trained, have experience of industrial installations and be able to read, write and modify wiring diagrams. Experience of a variety of wiring systems suitable for industrial and commercial installations and ATEX awareness would be beneficial but not essential.

The Requirements

  • Apprentice trained
  • Experience in a similar environment (Industrial / Commercial)
  • Experience in preventative Maintenance / Breakdown Response
  • Circuit Installation through to Distribution Boards
  • Basic knowledge of PLC's
The Package

Starting Salary - £25-30k (reviewed annually)

Bonus Scheme - Paid 3 times per annum

Holiday Entitlement - 31 days per annum inclusive (rising with time served)

Ongoing Training, Support and Development

Working Hours – Mon – Fri (7am – 4pm / 8am – 5pm)
