  • Organize events, registrations, and scheduling
  • Process payments
  • Manage inventory
  • Logistics and Distribution 
  • Calendar updates and scheduling 
 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience
  • Strong planning/coordination experience
  • Experience with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience in Oil and Gas industry 
 

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives
