Role: Quality & Service Delivery Administrator

Quality Assurance:

Ensure equipment history is updated in product lifecycle tracking system/Maintenance and Performance System (incoming inspection, NDT, rework, wear inspection, acceptance tests, assembly and tool builds, disassembly, district transfers)
Update the Order Movement Form with NDT, material and logistic information based on SAP and quality data
Compile work packages, QA documents; Certificate of Conformity, NDT/test reports, PMI reports, dimensional reports and test procedures/report/certificate
Collaborate with workshop, engineering and quality team regarding the verification of dossiers
Maintain the calibration register to track the status of all equipment
Scanning/printing and filing of QC job packages

Service Delivery (Materials and Logistics):

Transfer of tools to and from jobs in SAP– generate Delivery and Return Delivery Ticket
Generate work orders of service tools from return delivery ticket
Ensure remaining work orders are raised and closed in SAP with consumption of inventory and technician work hours
Coordinate the transfer of products to machine shops for rework and returned product
Assist with monthly inventory cycle count
Ad-hoc Administration Duties

Requirements and Experience:

Previous experience with quality assurance, material, logistic and data management in oil & gas industry or equivalent project type of work atmosphere is beneficial
High level of computer literacy
Proficiency in SAP Enterprise Asset Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail
NDT process experience
Logical thinker and well organised
