Geotechnical Engineer / Contracts Engineer / England

Role: Junior Geotechnical Engineer / Contracts Engineer

Location: Surrey / London plus UK occasional wide travel

Company: Leading Specialist Contractor

A driven Junior Geotechnical Engineer / Contracts is required for a market leading, award wining Sub Contractor to work on multiple medium to high value Piling / Sheet Piling schemes across the UK, based out of London.

Ideally, my client is seeking an individual with a Civil Engineering, Piling or Geotechnical background / qualification who is looking to progress and develop in Contracts Management within a highly reputable and supportive company. 1-2 years experience is preferred, however exceptional candidates who are fresh out of study will be considered.

Tasks:

• Assist with the management of multiple projects at one time
• Collate and interpret results of ground investigations
• Attend post tender & pre contract meetings
• Assist with tenders and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams
• Provide accurate costs for materials, labour and plant

Requirements:

• Qualification in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering (Or similar)
• Ideally some experience working on Ground, Piling, Geotechincal or Earthworks projects
• Driven, motivated to learn
