Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with coordinating, organizing, and securing change documents with Project Managers. 
  • Aide Project Team with change documents for completeness and accuracy. 
  • Assist in maintaining and managing change logs in company systems. 
  • Prepare written communications on technical and non-technical matters for various levels of management. 
  • Provide support to project teams in tracking all MOC process changes. 
  • Help in gathering data and prepare supporting documentation during both Engineering and Construction phases of a project. 
  • Organizing and tracking of documents as they go through the approval process, make sure signed forms are gathered and saved for auditing purposes. 
  • Assist the MOC Team with ongoing training of personnel utilizing the MOC process. 
  • Support Project Controls Cost and Schedule activities leading to the successful completion of tasks and report deliverables. 
  • Ensure and evaluate traceability and reasonableness of MOC documents. 
  • Scheduling and attending meetings as required. 
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills. 
  • Complete additional duties as assigned. 
Job Requirements: 

  • BA/BS or Associate Degree, or an equivalent experience required. 6-8 years prior work experience. Engineering or Construction experience a plus. 
  • Hands-on experience and general knowledge of cost management and reporting a plus. 
  • Basic knowledge of cost tools, procedures, and processes. 
  • Experience in engineering, procurement, and construction projects desirable. 
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills, and desire to work with details. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities. 
  • Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations. 
  • Ability to work with multiple disciplines and projects. 
  • Time management and organizational skills. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio Software. 
  • Must be a team player and able to work with others.
