Civil Infrastructure Coordinator.

Key experience:

1. 10-12 years of experience of which 5 working on Rail projects
2. Engineers (members of the OIQ)
3. Experience in Greenfield Tramway projects is a must
4. Fluent in French

Key responsibilities and requirements (tasks, education, experience, licensing, IT skills, management skills):

- Civil Engineer, member of the OIQ
- 10 to 15 years of experience in linear transport projects
- A good knowledge of the stakes involved in an urban rail infrastructure project
- Comfortable with Office 365, SharePoint
- A good knowledge of project management rules and interfaces
- A strong taste for teamwork
- Proactive and autonomous in his daily work

Key objectives of the position:

Within the coordination team (4 members - 1 Project Manager, 2 Technical Coordinators and the Interfaces Coordinator) and under the responsibility of the Project Manager, the Infrastructure Coordinator will be in charge of the following points:
- Manage the activities relating to the infrastructure of the transport system (Platform/Railway, track layout, urban integration) during the study, implementation and testing phases,
- Manage interfaces with the various components of the Transport System in collaboration with the System Coordinator
- Supervise the activities of the consulting engineering and architecture firm in charge of the following areas: Buildings, Underground structures (tunnels and stations), Structures, Urban development,
- Evaluate and frame the clients needs taking into account the context and constraints of the project,
- Participate and/or facilitate technical meetings on transport system infrastructure between the City, the Project Office, external project stakeholders and Project Office suppliers,
- Supervise and lead the activities of expertise teams in France,
- Verify and validate the content of the deliverables given to the customer-
