Description
Job Purpose
The IT Support clerk is responsible for management and maintenance of all ICT equipment and provide technical support within the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
They may include:

Ensure equipment is functioning properly.

Assist in compilation of various reports.
-
Monitor and maintain computer systems and network.
-
Provide helpdesk support to staff over phone or face-to-face.
-
Provide procedural documentations and trainings.
-
Supporting the roll out of new application.
-
Routine safety checks on computer equipment.
-
Maintain up to date inventory.
-
Create and maintain a filing record system.
-
Perform other related duties as requested.
Requirements
Educational & Technical Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Diploma or equivalent computer software and hardware
-
5+ years experience
-
Knowledge of administrative procedures
-
Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)

Good knowledge of Windows
-
Good knowledge of Cisco
-
Experience in customer service
-
Good knowledge of computer network
