Maintenance Engineering Lead

- Location: Mexico, onshore
- Start: ASAP
- Salary: TBC
- Duration: 12months (renewable on agreement)
- Rotation: 91 on / 16 off days
- Working Week: 6 days p/week - 10 hrs p/day
- Accommodation / Flights (economy) / Insurances / Medical Cover provided by Client
- Fluent English & Spanish is mandatory
- Ensure the execution of the head office maintenance engineering activities according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule.
Supervise the execution of design activities relevant to QA and QC Certification, HSE system control, Maintainability and Inspection Criteria and Spare Parts Reliability for cost effective and safe operation in the relevant field of interest. - Reviews contractual documentation.
Confirms the assigned budget and technical scope.
Verifies that the maintenance requirements are accounted for into engineering documents.
Takes part in project planning and scheduling. Prepares and keep up-to-date the maintenance engineering execution plans (including the mobilization of personnel).Supervises the preparation of the maintenance procedures.
Identifies the project requirements and constraints and participates to ROKM sessions related to maintenance activities. Takes part in the project review meetings to make sure that the maintenance engineering requirements have been duly complied with.
Ensures the preparation and checking of the Purchase Requisitions (RdA) and Technical Evaluation falling within own sphere of responsibility.
Reviews the 3D Model for compliance with the maintenance requirements and for accessibility and inspect ability. Ensures the respect of the budget.
Ensures the verification of the KPI during the home office activity. Reports activities, progress, concerns and issues to the Project.
