A prominent Victoria wide Engineering Consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Civil Construction / Project Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis operating on site and out of their Geelong office. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the tendering process, providing advice to the Project Managers and Project Directors, liaising with relevant bodies and monitoring the scope of works and as required variations. Additionally, required is the managing of contracts, ensuring project works are within budget as well as managing the auditing of onsite construction activities.
To be successful, you will be degree qualified in Civil Engineering, possess a working knowledge of civil construction and the project lifecycle with at least 3 years of relevant experience. A working knowledge of contract conditions coupled with project management skills, professionalism and creativity is also essential. Water authority accreditation and 12D experience desirable.
