Piping Supervisor (Chemical) - Europe

We are currently searching for a Dutch speaking Piping Supervisor for a Chemical plant in Europe. As Piping Supervisor you will oversee all stages of the process of laying gas, oil or other pipelines. You will plan, layout, install, test, and repair piping systems in a variety of facilities.

In order to manage piping projects, the Piping Supervisor performs many different tasks. You will analyse job listings for Piping Supervisor in order to identify these core duties and responsibilities.

Design Plans and Specifications

Before starting projects, the Piping Supervisor must develop plans and specifications for the project. You will create plans according to procedures and regulations that account for safety, communicating these plans to their team.

Direct Staff

Piping Supervisors manage the project from start to finish. You will direct crews of assistant staff such as Piping Helpers, assign them tasks, and ensure that the project flows in a timely manner and according to the project plans and specifications.

Install and Repair Piping

As a Piping Supervisor you will participate in and oversees the installation and repair of piping systems. This requires a full understanding of the project plans and specifications and an ability to use all relevant tools and equipment.
