Team Leader- Urban Transport Planner (Sri Lanka)

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead Planning, Detailed Design and Procurement of Traffic, Transportation and Mobility Improvement scheme in Sri Lanka.

Opportunity:

My client is leading International consultancy firm who have a strong presence throughout the country and wider region having delivered numerous similar projects.

They are requiring a Team Leader to join their project from August 2019 on an initial 10 month basis (intermittent inputs).

Responsibilities on the project:

As Team Leader you shall be responsible for setting up, managing and executing this Transport Improvement scheme through Planning, Detailed Design & Procurement phases.

Supported by key experts you shall work closely with both regionally and international based partners as well with governmental and IFI stakeholders. Keys elements that shall require close management shall be quality and schedule to deliverables.

Key requirements for the role:

• graduate civil engineer with post graduate degree in Transportation Engineering / Planning
• 15+ years of experience in senior positions in similar projects
• Previous donor funded agency experience
• Regional experience would be beneficial

Salary Package:

The salary for this role shall be $9,000 to $12,000 per month
