Lead Planner / Netherlands

Description

• Write basic planning documents tp outline assumptions, planning quality requirements, necessary element of each plan, data transfer, method of scheduling tool, etc. 
• Execute planning plan to plan 
• Recommend resource requirements and needs to the TA manager. 
• Coordinate with the execution coordinator to draft the contracting strategy 
• Document planning requirements and oversee planning quality 
• Conduct detailed planning using the planning basis
• Define cleanliness criteria and guidelines
• Assign pre-turnaround work execution supervision responsibility 
• Set expectations for interface with supporting technical disciplines
• Define minimal work packs content, package quality expectations and planning status report metrics 
• Deliver schedule Progress training 
• Review bid packages for major contracts
• Participate in contractor mobilization plans 

Requirements

• Higher degree (HBO) in field of expertise
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in the field of planning
• ­Communicating at various levels, from the management level to the operational level
• Excellent software skills including planning software like Prima Vera or MS projects
• ­Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Knowledge of related maintenance and engineering disciplines
