Planning Engineer / USA

Duties to include:

• Provide support to the Wellhead Team and GoM Services Team by working with the suppliers to deliver robust schedules with greater predictability and analysis of trends.
• Develop schedules and tools to facilitate delivery plan and increase predictability of the schedules, as well as communicate the impact of change.
• Collect data that facilitates benchmarking.
• Provide analysis and report accurate progress, forecast and interfaces of key activities / allowance to Project Managers.
• Work with GPO / GWO / GOO and GSS stakeholders to support schedule reporting requirements based on existing monthly/quarterly processes.
  
  Experience and Job Requirements:
• 5+ year relevant scheduling experience on small and large projects.
• Strong analytical skills including expertise in Primavera P6, Milestone Pro, MS Project 2016, MS Excel.
• Ability to work on multiple schedules simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of other Project Controls disciplines and application on major projects.
• Ability to engage with GSS team and other key stakeholders: suppliers, GSS delivery leads, project, wells and operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
