Intermediate Contracts Manager

Contracts Specialist
Responsibilities

Manage the development of contracts and service agreements between vendors;
Source and create strong relationships for each phase of the project development;
Develop and document the sourcing strategy and process;
Administration of the contracts and service agreements to maintain a continual review of progress and costs
Ensure proper close out of all contracts at the conclusion of the work;
Manage change orders and ensure timely reporting of costs and revisions that will be required to the purchase orders;
Liaise with the Program Director at all steps of the project development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
SCM registered professional is an asset
5 - 10 years experience
Sharepoint experience
Proficient computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes – email & data bases
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from several team members;
Ability to multi task and maintain a flexible attitude to accommodate the variable duties for the position;
Ability to work with minimal supervision
