Responsibilities
- Manage the development of contracts and service agreements between vendors;
- Source and create strong relationships for each phase of the project development;
- Develop and document the sourcing strategy and process;
- Administration of the contracts and service agreements to maintain a continual review of progress and costs
- Ensure proper close out of all contracts at the conclusion of the work;
- Manage change orders and ensure timely reporting of costs and revisions that will be required to the purchase orders;
- Liaise with the Program Director at all steps of the project development.
- Bachelor’s degree
- SCM registered professional is an asset
- 5 - 10 years experience
- Sharepoint experience
- Proficient computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes – email & data bases
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from several team members;
- Ability to multi task and maintain a flexible attitude to accommodate the variable duties for the position;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
