Global Oil Service Company require a Contract Manager / Project Manager to strengthen their project leadership capability. We need your energy and passion to help make a real difference to their customers and the communities in which they operate. You will be working on global projects within highly experienced teams, and will help shape the future of the evolving energy landscape and transition to a low carbon economy.
Taking the lead in the delivery of E&C and O&M contracts, you will be responsible for ensuring the team is correctly structured and populated in order to satisfy the ongoing contract deliverables, leading mobilisation & start-up activities; and managing performance to ensure the achievement of project KPI’s (improving the revenue and contract margins). You will also be required to develop a strong culture of high performance, identify improvement areas and drive Continuous Improvement though tools and systems, and demonstrate HSE leadership.
We are looking for a Contract manager focused on strong delivery who can manage a portfolio of projects. You’ll need to be able to build strong relationships, be bold in your decision making, drive results through inspiration, and empower Change management. Experience supporting integrated service contracts and in rationalizing supply chain would also be useful.
