| The Application & Data Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Contributes with ESMS application project manager and solution provider to ensure the effective system design as well as the completion of all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure good operating conditions of the applications, their upgrades and continuous improvements: usage, performance.
- Responsible for maintaining updated functional and technical documentation to secure the durability of the applications and their compliance.
- Responsible for the conformity of operating rules and usage of the applications and data according to functional standards and regulations: E&S, Local Content and other activities.
- Responsible for collecting, creating, archiving and maintaining datasets. Preserve and file appropriately upon requirement all hard copies of related documents.
- Responsible for QA/QC of functional data deliverables and integration into ESMS tool and applications.
- Ensure compliancy of every GIS datasets with operations, projects and Standards.
- Ensure good communication and datasets exchange with Contractors and partners while taking good care on the confidentiality and terms of use of datasets concerned.
- Responsible for attribution of system security roles in line with activities.
- Guarantee the integrity, availability and reliability of data as recurrent action and for all evolutions of the tool: new tools, new versions, change of perimeter, etc.
- Perform monitoring and analysis of the data, issue reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis according to the needs.
- Responsible for good communication, coordination and synchronization with and Contractors functional, GIS & IT.
- Technical teams, with application solution providers for the benefit of project.
- Contributes to the control of operating costs by ensuring that no unnecessary system work is scheduled and/or ensuring that the Project IT Manager is aware of and approves scheduled system work
- Responsible for training of and Contractors on the usage of the applications
- Ensures a direct and everyday support to and Contractors users (providing up to date templates, support, exports etc.).
- Provides operational support and data for crisis management.
| Accountabilities | - In charge of the development and maintenance of databases management in terms of both administration of process and data quality to meet the E&S needs of client.
- Ensures support in a crisis.
- S-he is accountable for the management of Environmental & Social data (Collects, Creates, and Archives) and further data that will be supported by applications.

Qualifications :
- 10 - 15 years’ professional working experience in Applications and Database management Strongly preferred
- Knowledge of EMS 14001 Implementation, auditing Preferred
- Expert knowledge in Database administration and management Required
- Knowledge of IFC or related GIIP ESMS Guidance including Contractor Management Strongly preferred
- Geomatics training and masters knowledge of GIS management tools (ArcGIS Desktop and servers) Preferred.
- Knowledge in remote-sensing, geodesy and Exploration and Production professions. Preferred
- Proficiency in the usage of computers and software like Access, Excel, Word, SharePoint… Required
- Ability to organize and manage priorities, rigorous. Required
