Job Description

• The primary responsibilities of the Senior Materials Coordinator are:
• Identify equipment and personnel requirements for all aspects of well operations (drilling, completion,
• well testing, and abandonment) including rental equipment, mud and cement consumables, etc.
• Raise Drilling Material Call?offs
• Update and maintain the materials inventory system
• Manage supply vessel requirements, raise all backload manifests and ensure all materials are correctly
• containerized and secured for backload
• Manage decks in conjunction with Crane Operators
• Liaise with Logistics personnel, offshore deck crew and supply vessels and planning offloading and back
• leading supply boats
• Prepare documentation for dangerous goods declarations, radio?active sources, lifting appliances and
• waste for sea and air transportation
• Prepare helicopter/Crew change boat seat reservations
• Update daily equipment and personnel lookaheads
• Maintain rental register and ensure all third party materials taken off?hire at the earliest opportunity
• Support for maintaining and track daily well costs
• Organizes and participates in regular Inventory/stock checks at all locations where stock is held
• (including third party storage)
• Support Cost Controller in managing month?end well
• Manage offshore Materials Coordinators
• Make sure Company Inventory are registered / cleared off accordingly in existing Company inventory
• tool (1 C) and SAP in future

Personal Specification

• Bachelor degree Engineering discipline degree would be an asset.
• Significant experience in a similar role: In?depth knowledge of Drilling/Completion/Work over
• Accounting ? Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Experience with SAP and financial accounting (FI) modules
• Good understanding of drilling equipment and Well delivery processes Solid forecasting and arithmetic skills
• Knowledge/understanding of stock, inventory control and management
• Experience in managing small team
• Comfortable working strategically as well as tactically
• Proven project management skills
• Proven commercial awareness
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
• A self?starter, innovative and able to identify priorities, willing to take up new tasks
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize work
• Strong networking, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
