A well-established medium sized UK Main Contractor based in Hendon, London are currently seeking a Site Manager/Project Manager to join their successful team. My client has a variety of exciting projects that the successful applicant will be looking after.
The types of projects my clients work on are High End Refurbishment schemes predominantly in Residential and Commercial sectors.
My client is looking for someone who can demonstrate the following: good management and people skills, good organisation skills, computer literate, good time management and communication skills and building experience and knowledge. My clients are also looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, energetic, and most of all a willing to get things done and be a pro-active member of the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to join a solid company with an impressive portfolio of work. They are not only in a strong position with current work, but they are maintaining their success at winning more work putting them in a real strong position this year.
Due to my client being a medium sized Main Contractor, this means that they are also a tightknit company. They work as a team and have a good, positive working atmosphere. They have also shown successful growth over the years, however have wanted to keep their tightknit identity so have not grown too much and lost this identity.
