For our Client who is a global leader in smart technologies and complete life-cycle solutions for the marine and energy markets, we are now seeking for Discipline Leader.

Description:

Lead the team within the discipline area
Develop the discipline team skills and competences
Report to the GM PM&E proposals concerning engineering resources development
Perform administrative tasks for his resources in coordination with the GM PM&E and HR
Promptly report team status, issues and workload
Responsible for supporting the Discipline Responsible (DR) persons (if needed)
Develop effective design and engineering services and way of working
Provide support to other units upon request (e.g. resources, technical questions etc.)

Skills:

Leadership skills and experience managing of the teams
Very good command of English
Cadmatic and Auto Cad skills
Communication, presentation and influencing skills
Achieving results
Decisiveness and action orientation
Planning and target setting
Developing self and others

Education:

Engineering master’s degree is required

Experience:

5 years of experience as Project Engineer at shipyard, design office or similar
