Due to continued growth we now have a new excellent opportunity to hire a Business Development Manager based in our Atyrau office, Kazakhstan who will report to the General Director.
Summary of the Role
As an established Manpower provider within the region, we are looking for someone who has ideally previous experience working within CIS states to join the team and grow the Group's market position by servicing and developing current and new clients. In doing so the successful candidate will also achieve financial growth through building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and negotiating/closing business deals.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Working with General Director and the partner to develop a planned strategy for division growth.
- New Business Development, prospecting potential clients, developing leads and growing business.
- Research activity to identify and develop business opportunities with senior figures at existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor competitor activities within supply area.
- Maximise existing business through sales visits and local marketing/networking opportunities.
- Matching suitable applicants to the recruitment requirements of clients.
- Monitoring applicant flow and actively enhancing candidate attraction/retention.
- Customer aftercare service, including quality of service and staff supplied.
- Actively network live interface points and define an outlook for establishing new prospects.
- Develop strong relationships within the local joint venture management team.
- Identify and develop sales from the full our service portfolio across all categories and commercial offerings.
- Full working knowledge of tendering lifecycle from PQQ to ITT and award, with commercial, technical and compliance knowledge to best place the company for success.
- Person Specifics
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a warm and friendly personality with the ability to build strong relationships across cultures and install confidence with customer interfaces at all levels. They should be tenacious, resilient, sales focused with a strong sales bias with the ability to work under pressure and exceed targets.
Ideal candidates will also have previous experience in the Energy sector. They will also have a demonstrable track record in developing new and existing business opportunities within the commercial field.
