Senior Civil Engineer / Australia

One of the largest international Engineering Consultancies are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their team in Melbourne on a contract basis. This represents a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded company with much opportunity for internal progression.

Engaging in the design for an overseas compound, you will be responsible for designing the civil aspects with the project scope including: earthworks, roads, fencing and a broad spectrum of utilities. You will also be actively participating in procurement processes, supervising more junior designers as well as liaising with other discipline teams to ensure that project outcomes and targets are met.

To be successful, you must possess a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Civil Design backed by a degree in Civil Engineering, with experience specifically in roads, bridges and utilities with a focus on drainage. Additionally competency in AutoCAD and previous experience working in a team environment delivering complex projects is a must. Australian working rights are essential for this role.
