Contracts Advisor / France

A leading oil and gas EPC currently require a Contracts Advisor Exert to be based in Saint Quentin, France for 6 months initially.

The Contracts Advisor Expert will assist operational entities in tendering for engineering projects as well as for key turnkey projects; Review, write, qualify and negotiate a wide variety of contracts; Prepare the legal documentation of response to calls for tenders; Evaluate the legal risks and needs; Reduce, review and negotiate subcontracting agreements; Collaborate with other functions; and other ad hoc duties.

You will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5-10 years experience in a similar role; Have previous experience with infrastructure projects within the oil and gas industry; Proved experience in reviewing and advising on tendering contracts; Have effective negotiation skills; and be fluent in English with a good understanding of French.
