Property Manager / Papua New Guinea

Brand new permanent role with a leading company in Papua New Guinea, this is an opportunity to be a part of major growth over the next 5 years with major projects in the resource & civil infrastructure sectors.  
This is a residential role with expatriate benefits: Accommodation, transport and medical insurance provided, 5 weeks annual leave & 2 flights home per year.

To be considered for this role you must have the following :

- Minimum 5 Years’ experience as a property manager  

-Experience managing a large property portfolio

-Strong tenant/client relationship management experience

-Experience within budgeting/reporting & improving SOP's  

-Trade or tertiary qualification in building, engineering or property management

-Previous PNG experience preferred, but not essential
