Lead Design Engineer (Electrical) / Netherlands

Description

We are looking for a Lead Design Engineer (Electrical) to Rotterdam, Netherlands for our client for a Fix-Term project about one year. The estimation of the project start is about 1.5.2019. The weekly working hours is about 40h/week.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and check electrical engineering and procurement documentation
- Cooperate with engineering disciplines and client
- Participate in execution planning and cost estimates
- Control and monitor the work of our partner engineering companies in your projects
- Maintain and develop your own competence within the following areas:
-  Power distribution and substations
-  Process/Field Electrification
-  Electric Heat Tracing
-  Low current systems like Fire alarm systems, communication systems etc.
- Take part in developing our instructions and way of working

Requirements

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering
- Solid engineering background and several of years of relevant professional experience of Process industry (7+ years)
- Knowledge of national standards and regulations
- Self-leadership skills
- Experience in managing different stakeholders
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Good communication skills
