Treasury Coordinator / Brazil

Our treasury  based in São José dos Pinhais is responsible for delivering the strategy for: cashflow, hedge, debt, investments, leverage, accounts payable and receivables and IC transactions. 

Experience required: 5 - 7 Years

Minimum Education Required:  Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities and tasks: 

• Cash Management
• Prepare and/or Monitor company´s various Cash Flow Forecast (Monthly, 13W and Daily), identifying and justifying the variation between Forecast/Realized;
• Direct, Trade and Monitor Investments portfolio including Working capital, Retails Finance Line, Escrow, Guarantees and others portfolio;
• Supervise Short-term and Long-term investments strategies;
• Provide SA Cash Forecast Reports Consolidation to Local and Corp Treasury in order to take the decision
• Understand and supervise appropriate accounting & reconciliation movements & procedures;
• Manage Bank Relationship, Bank Loans/Guarantees,
• Monitor bank services fees and address quality issues;
• Prepare the forecast, Monitor and justify the OIE (Interest Income & Expenses) in a monthly basis;

Qualifications / Personal Attributes:

• Bachelor Degree : Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration or related areas
• Fluent English language
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational, analytic and strategical thinking;
• Reasonable knowledge about Financial Credit Lines;
• Experienced Bank Relationship;
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines;
• Solid GL accounting background;
• Experience of developing financial modelling and Process Improvement tools
• Good spreadsheet and database skills.
