Rail Project Controller - Metro Project / Spain

A well known Consultancy is looking for a Project Controls Planning Manager for Metro project in Spain.
Project Controls/ Planning Assistant to Project Manager/Project Director as directed

The Primary Objective of Project Controls shall be to Expand in detail the Project Managers planning into using Prima Vera or MS Project &Excel Spreadsheets

1. Coordinate with all concerned parties such as the construction team, suppliers, and sub contractor to gather all & commit schedule information
2.Detailed Work Breakdown Structures for each of the disciplines (Design Shop Drawings, Procurement, Methods, Civil works, Buildings, Structural Concrete, Pre-Stressed Concrete, Precast Concrete, Steel Structures, Cladding, MEP, Architectural, Logistics/Transport, Equipment (monitor preventative maintenance schedules) at the Red Line project & other projects as required. These include all detailed planning for work associated with
? Shop Drawings schedules for each discipline
? Procurement schedules for each discipline)
? Precast Yard Production & Delivery Schedule
? Precast product Logistic / Transportation schedules by rail and by road
? MEP procurement & installation schedule
? Architectural procurement & installation schedule
? Monitor procurement schedule performance
? Resource scheduling on an as- required basis as directed by management

3.Prepare the details of each activity such as no. of work fronts, no. of labour per work front, cycle time, machinery and equipment required.

4.Explain and prepare planning ideas information of each activity to transfer to construction team

5.Monitoring all daily progress activities on job site

6.Detailed Weekly performance reports on all disciplines listed above. Identify non-performing disciplines at respective locations to generate Exception reports (non-performing disciplines)

7.Detailed Exception reports on identified non performing disciplines, with problem analysis & proposed corrective action (rescheduling to get back on program)

8.Projected Project Completion (in each discipline)

9.S-Curve preparation planned work (Budgeted) vs actual work performed (earned value)

10.Comprehensive Monthly Project Control reports on all disciplines as directed
