Company information

Process engineer with 8+ years’ experience in developing/specifying/optimizing/engineering process plants within the food, process or pharma industry.

Experience with system design, different unit operations, specifying technical and functional requirements, relevant codes, best practices and rules and regulations for food production plants.

Description

• Develop scaled process of Protein Production from Krill meal based on qualified pilot trials in cooperation with internal recourses, external engineering partner and equipment vendors.

• Define functional and technical requirements for main unit operations and required utilities.

• Review and give input to PFD’s & P&ID’s

• Review and support third party engineering and equipment suppliers’ deliverables

• Organize and participate in design reviews

• Technical input to procurement and execution plan

• Review detail design

• Participate in FAT’s

• Follow up and review Construction of process line

• Participate in commissioning and start up

Requirements

• Masters degree in process engineering

• 8+ years experience from client and/or supplier in product processing

Preferred Key Competences/Experiences

• Enzymatic Hydrolysis process, Spray drying, Hygienic design, Water Processing/Treatment/Filtration, Utility supply steam/el/gas/pressurized air, Process plant layout
