Design Manager – Regional Contractor / England

An established regional Main Contractor are currently looking for a Design Manager on a permanent basis. Although permanent, they will consider a candidate on a long term contract basis. This company’s work varies and includes projects such as Hotels and Residential. Values of projects can range up to £15M.

The role would suit someone who can pick things up quickly and support the pre-construction and delivery teams from a design point of view. This role could be site or office based, both in St Albans.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Design Management experience with a Main Contractor

It is desirable to have;

• Experience working on a mixture of projects
• Further education related to construction
