Responsibilities of the Asphalt Technical Product Support Manager
- Working closely with commercial teams to identify opportunities for business growth and upselling
- Support account managers from a technical perspective, get involved with training and upskilling of internal and external stakeholders
- Confidently demonstrate products to potential customers in order to generate opportunities for upselling
- Use detailed product knowledge to differentiate product offering from your competition
- Effectively use focussed intelligence to identify projected profit / return on specific products
- Efficiently manage your own time management
- Have sound technical knowledge of building materials – specifically asphalt / bitumen
- Have good commercial acumen and a personal hunger and drive
- Be confident in dealing with external stakeholders
- Ideally have a good level of education
- IT/PC literate
- Full driving licence
- £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
