Senior Quantity Surveyor / England

A well-established Medium sized UK Main Contractor based in Stevenage who specialise in New Build and Refurbishments are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. My client has a broad range of schemes in the Educational, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Leisure sectors around Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

My client is ideally looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has New Build or Refurbishment experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to join a solid company with a good reputation. My client is very well established in the Construction industry, and has strong long lasting relationships with existing Clients.

Due to my client being a medium sized Main Contractor this means that they are also a tightknit company. They work as a team and have a good, positive working atmosphere. They have also shown successful growth over the years, however have wanted to keep their tightknit identity so have not grown too much and lost this identity.
