Contract Administrator / Project Manager - Commercial Construction / Australia

We are currently working with desired WA owned Construction Company; with newly awarded projects and many on the ground they are now seeking the services of an experienced Contracts Administrator / Project Manager on a permanent basis.

The desired candidate will ideally be university qualified with new building construction experience ideally commercial construction projects up to $10m. You will have a strong ability to work and achieve deadlines under pressure and will be enthusiastic to learn new software and adapt to the company's systems of practice. Ideally you will have a strong background of negotiations with subcontractors and will have a proven history of planning and scheduling. Attention to detail is key and you will have the ability to work both autonomously and in a team. Cheops experience would be preferred.
