A housing developer that is recognised from Lands End to John O’Groats who in recent years have grown significantly, are looking to secure the services of an established Technical Co-ordinator. This would be office based with site visits. With the acquisitions of a smaller house builders and other offices opening, this company has shown its intent in the current market.
Projects with this company vary from small bespoke developments to 200/300+ sites that you would normally associate an established developer with. Projects can include build types such as R/C Frame, Traditional and Timber Frame.

This role would suit a person who is experienced, up to date with legislation and can deal with issues pro-actively with a high level of confidence.

- Experience working for a large Main Contractor or Developer, Developer preferred
- The ability to work on your own initiative.
- Experience as a Technical Co-ordinator or vast experience at Assistant Technical Co-ordinator or Architectural Technician level and ready to step up.
- The ability to manage information from an audit point of view.
It is desirable to have;
- Construction or design related further education.
- A civils background
- A Hertfordshire or West Essex residence.
