A known developer who cover a variety of projects from greenfield traditional units to RC Frame, brownfield JV’s are looking for a Senior or Land Manager for a newly form division within the business. This business has secured the first sites but now require someone who is land focused to help them grow and develop. You will initially be the sole person in the land team, reporting directly in to the Divisional Manager. You will ideally come with good knowledge and contacts in the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire areas.
The right candidate is the one that has drive and desire to make a name for themselves but also wants to help a division grow. Working closely with the team, you will be looking to purchase land that has the potential to deliver 50+ units.
This opportunity should be considered a project, one that you have maybe visualised as the idealistic role where you are trusted and left to do your job! You will have the chance to develop yourself and grow as the business does so. Long term the plan is to be delivering 400+ units per year so a full land team will be required.

- Experience buying land in the Western Home Counties.
