We are seeking a Sales Support Executive, to be based in West London, to champion Salesforce CRM and support a sales team of 15 in its use, to ensure that sales processes are followed, and as the Salesforce Data Steward, ensure data is entered correctly and up-to-date, to optimise sales administration processes and drive higher efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organisation.

Most of the Users are degree qualified Engineers, such that as well as Salesforce expertise, you will need assertive and encouraging communication skills to propose new ways of working, as you develop initiatives to implement improvements in functionality, and conduct training, often one-on-one, to encourage adoption.

You will also organise regular sales forecast calls, and be responsible for Salesforce and Excel reporting, for planning and performance management e.g. forecasting, tracking business metrics, territory planning, quota and compensation planning. And you will be responsible for organising regular sales-forecast calls, administer all contractual documents, for clean orders to be booked, and work with marketing to ensure all leads are actioned by the sales team.

For this we are looking for someone with 2+ years Salesforce Super User or Salesforce Administration experience; whilst this is an Executive office, ideally you will have some interest, or background, in Engineering, Energy, Manufacturing, Construction.
