Finishing/Internals Manager – Prime Residential / UK

A residential developer who like to take a traditional approach to building are looking to secure a Finishing Manager for an ultra- prime project in the Heart of Knightsbridge. This company prides itself on completing projects to the highest standards where the customer and quality come first. They have a long list of trusted trades that follow from site to site so the standard is always delivered.

This is a £14m project overlooking Harrods. It is a property that has been purchased and now being flipped. The interiors and finish will be of the highest standard, working with the best materials from around the world. Prime Italian marble, bespoke joinery and precious metal finishes.

Ideally you will come from a joinery background and then have worked on some of London, or the world’s finest residences.

This business will consider people on a freelance or PAYE basis as they do not want hurdles and then lose good people. The strength of the CV is not the core either, your ability is.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience working as a Finishing/Internals Manager on prime properties
• A joinery background

It is desirable to have;

• Further education related to construction
