Quantity Surveyor - Utilities / Civils - Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor / England

Role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: North London

Company: Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor

A driven, motivated Quantity Surveyor is currently required for a highly reputable, market leading, Tier 1 main Contractor to join a long term, multi billion pound Utilities contract based in North London. This position is available due to project growth due to continuous package wins.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of Contract records
• Assistant management of sub- contract payments
• Weekly CVR's
• Target Cost Generation
• Agreement of final accounts

Requirements:

• Suitable qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or similar)
• Experience working on Civil Engineering, Utilities or Construction projects
• Good verbal and written communication & numeracy skills
• Committed and enthusiastic
