Primary Objective
Develop new business initiatives and performance improvements as well as maintaining current systems. You will analyse information, deliver reports, develop business solutions and continuous process improvement within supply chain.

Occupational Health and Safety
- Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.
- Ensure that all HSE aspects are considered when developing Supply Documents.
- Systems Support
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Supply Systems and Processes for the SAP and Procon Contract Management system.
- Conduct business process impact analysis of the proposed solutions
- Conduct business risk analysis of the proposed solutions and alternatives
- Facilitate workshops to engage cross-functional groups for strategy development, problem solving and process improvements
- Assist with system enhancement projects and perform UAT.
- Functional Support
- Provide backup support to all personnel across the company, particularly in the preparation of master data and Procure to Pay related activities.
- Conduct functional analysis
- Monitor automated process
- Assist with audit requirements
- AIP Support
- Respond to AIP related queries
- Maintain AIP logs and reporting requirement
- Contribute to the development of Supply training materials such as quick reference guides and fact sheets
- Update forms, templates and procedures in data management and contract management systems
- Assist in the Delivery of training as required
- Engage stakeholders utilising effective change management techniques
- Develop and maintain daily and weekly reports as required
- Govern and follow up on reporting discrepancies
- Contribute to Supply Systems and Process improvements (optimisation initiatives, P2P process automations) in accordance with division strategy
- Review and Contribute to non Supply Lead Project Initiatives.
- Rollout of new systems or processes.
- Participate in C&P Strategy requirements
- Maintain a customer service culture within the team to support the delivery of C&P activities throughout the Company.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with peers
